Who do you deliver with and how can I track my order?
We deliver with An Post. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item ships. You can track your order by using the link: https://track.anpost.ie/
Delivery speed will depend on the method you chose at the checkout.
Can I amend my order?
Amendments to orders may be possible providing the order has not already been shipped. You can email us at email@example.com and we will respond as quickly as possible to try and amend your order. Please include your order number and 'Order Amendment' in the subject line.
Can I collect my order from the store?
Yes, we would be happy for you to collect your order from the store. When choosing the delivery method during the checkout process, please click 'Collect in Store'. You will not be charged for delivery and we will send you a confirmation email once your items are ready to be collected.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us via the 'Get in Touch' button below stating the order number and further details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. You can also email or call us. A member of our team will get back to you and will be more than happy to look into this further.
Can I return an item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will happily exchange your garments or give a full refund. The garments must be in their original condition and with labels intact.
Simply re-pack the items that you want to return, complete the returns information on the original delivery note & enclose it with the package. Please return the package to us at the following address remembering to ask for proof of postage:

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds can take 5 - 7 business days from when the item is returned back to us. You will receive a confirmation email once you have been refunded and you should see the money on your bank statement within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your card issuer. If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your account.
